The members of the InterAct Socio-Cultural Association wish to associate in order to:
- create an educational frame through artistic activities
- promote the art and culture of Romania within the country and abroad
- promote the culture of other geographical areas in Romania
- get actively involved in social life by developing, individual as well as group, social activities and social interest programs
- promote, establish and develop international contacts and intercultural exchange with similar organizations
- promote both the Romanian and international cultural and social environment
- support and promote the culture using any means of this field
- get involved in internal and international activities with a social value

MISSION

In order to achieve the above mentioned purposes the association seeks to achieve the following activities:
• Training and development of art, culture and history
• Preserving of cultural heritage in Romania.
• Publishing and dissemination of books, magazines, music CDs, media, promotional material, virtual or in print.
• Creating, developing and implementing national and international projects in the social, historical, art and culture domains.
• Organizing national and international conferences, summer schools, exhibitions, study tours, camps, festivals, fairs in the fields of social history, art and culture.
• Developing and exploiting links, partnerships, co-operation with other associations, foundations, organizations and institutions in the country and abroad.
• Offering expert consultancy in the fields of social history, art and culture, media and audiovisual.
• Organizing specialized theoretical and practical courses in the social, historical, art and culture.
• Developing specialized translations in the social, historical, art and culture.
• Promoting artists, historians and specialists of all ethnicities, particularly the young.
• Developing and promoting cultural links with European and international space.
• Collecting and promoting folk arts, history, culture, social activities and occupations in Romania.
• Researching and dissemination of history and art monuments in Romania, improving public awareness of their value and need for conservation and restoration.
• Organizing tourist guidance activities.
• Granting awards, honorary degrees and other awards for special honors.
• Participating at symposiums, conferences, symposia, seminars and other events of this kind, national and international, in order to meet the proposed objectives.
• Developing magazines, newspapers, TV and radio programs for the fostering of culture, history and arts, as well as the debating of socially important internal and international issues, and the presentation of intercultural matters.
• Developing audio video materials concerning the socio cultural domain.
• Establishing clubs and literary circles on intercultural issues, history, arts, intercultural communication.
